Butter & Salt

Who would have thought, after the 'modernization' of cooking, that we would be using real butter again? I mean, wasn't margarine supposed to solve all those health problems... but alas, everying cycles around, and we are learning now what health benefits real butter can have. Thank goodness! Because I love butter. And I even leave my butter on the counter. No refrigeration needed. Yep. Take that Mom. And what a fabulous dish to hold my 100% grass fed organic butter. Extra large, no butter smearing on the top, and beautiful to boot. We also use sea salt. And this vessle has been quite popular for those buying fancy salts. You can just throw in a pinch here and there. I think you can now get more flavors of salt than wine. But who needs wine, when you have butter.
